Exhibitor Opportunities
We would love to have your organization join us on Saturday, November 10 for our 3rd Annual Epilepsy & Seizures Wellness Expo. The conference will be at the Delta Marriot in Minneapolis from 8am-Noon. This conference will bring together individuals and families affected by epilepsy and seizures.
This year, we are offering a few different exhibitor options. Due to our venue, space is allocated on a first come first serve basis. The deadline to register your exhibitor space is October 10, 2018.
Community Partner Exhibitor Educational, non-profit organizations/government agencies- $100
- One 6’ table with 2 chairs (electrical outlet available upon request only)
- Recognition as an exhibitor on the Expo website
- ONE complimentary registration
Clinics and commercial exhibitors- $500
- One 6’ table with 2 chairs (electrical outlet available upon request only)
- Recognition as an exhibitor on the Expo website
- ONE complimentary registration
Exhibitor passport- $1000
- One 6’ table with 2 chairs (electrical outlet available upon request only)
- Recognition as an exhibitor on the Expo website
- TWO complimentary registrations
- Your logo will be on the passport card handed to attendees to complete for a chance to win a prize
Exhibit Set up and Removal
Exhibitors may begin setup at 6:45AM on Saturday, November 10. Removal is at Noon and please no sooner. We have shortened the event to increase traffic flow and we need all exhibitors to stay until the end. For more information check out the vendor page on www.efmn.org/expo.
Cancellation
Fees are not refundable. If you are unable to attend for any reason please let us know as soon as possible by contacting Amanda Pike apike@efmn.org or 651-287-2313.
Day-Of Information:
The Expo is located in the conference center area of the Delta by Marriott. The easiest and most direct access is through the back doors. Follow the parking lot around to the north side of the building. Check in at the registration desk to get your table location.

Set up time is from 6:45am-7:45am. Please be setup by 7:45am for the doors to open at 8am. Tear down will be at Noon. We have shortened the length of the Expo and need all exhibitors to wait to tear down until Noon.
We expect around 300 people. You can see a full Expo agenda here.
We will have food and beverages available for all throughout the entire Expo. There is also a Starbucks on site.
